The Roux - Portland, OR

The Project is a 22 unit residential and single commercial unit building located at 4328 N. Mississippi Avenue in the popular N. Mississippi corridor. This area of Portland has recently become very popular with a number of top restaurants, bars and boutiques moving in to be part of the growing economic scene. The Mississippi Avenue Lofts, located one block away from the Project site, hold some of the highest rental rates in all of Portland. Construction was completed in September 2015 in less than 3 years from acquiring the land.
