Local Capital Group acquired a two-story 12,500 sq ft garage in the desirable neighborhood of Cow Hollow, nestled between Pacific Heights and the Marina.  This building has historically operated as an auto repair facility. It was originally constructed in 1914 and remains a unique, beautiful architectural gem.    

Local Capital Group plans to redevelop the existing vacant commercial building into a residential property that will preserve the historic structure, while adding residential units into a supply constrained market, especially for growing families.
